Adam Couch is the Chief Executive Officer of Socium Security, a cybersecurity advisory firm based in San Clemente, California. With more than 25 years of experience in national security, cybersecurity, and government contracting, Adam brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to leadership and risk management.

A former United States Marine with multiple combat deployments, Adam now helps organizations strengthen their security posture, protect critical assets, and navigate complex compliance requirements.

Tim Brooks is the Managing Partner and Chief Technology Officer of Socium Security. With 20 years of cybersecurity leadership experience, Tim specializes in transforming information security programs and aligning security strategy with organizational goals.

His career spans technology, consulting, healthcare, higher education, retail, and financial services. At Socium Security, Tim combines technical expertise with executive leadership to help organizations build practical, resilient security programs.

Ryan is a seasoned cybersecurity consultant who helps organizations strengthen their security strategies, manage risk, and navigate compliance requirements. His experience spans a wide range of industries and organizations, from start-ups to global corporations.

A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Ryan is also an active contributor to the cybersecurity community. He serves on the board of the ISSA Orange County Chapter and has spoken at security events hosted by ISSA and ISACA.

Neil Chapman is the Director of Compliance at Socium Security, where he provides compliance and governance leadership for organizations operating in regulated industries.
